Take care of your body


The body is also important for our mothers who have learned to fight against the effects of aging by doing small exercises easy and regular. No strenuous sport, but repeated movements every day to maintain shape and avoid small curves to settle permanently. Listen to them...


-To avoid the "bat" in the arm every morning lie down and raise a bottle of mineral water placed in each hand.

-As soon as you can, on the bus or at work, contract the buttocks, you will see that over time they will gain strength!

-Think also contract your abs when you carry a load or you decline, the stomach must "work" and not the back.

-The cold water is your friend, my dear! Always finish your shower with a jet of cold water, apply cool towels on your legs when very hot and passes an ice cube on your neck to firm.
